We will endeavor to respond to any queries as quickly as possible, our normal office hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm (GMT), Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours responses may take longer or be delayed until we are open again.
We will be taking a break from 24 December to 4 January, so responses during this period will be very limited and probably delayed, we apologise for any inconvenience. Some orders will be shipped on 30 & 31 December, but most placed will not be shipped until the new year.
