Free shipping when you spend over £50 for UK shipping, or over £100 for international shipping.

COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE - Due to the measures taken to slow the spread of COVID-19, and the impact on our staff, there is a high chance of significantly longer dispatch and shipping times.

We are doing our best, but are currently unable to guarantee shipping orders in a particular time frame.

1-6 Month Availability on some items: To help us keep up with production, certain products which are more difficult to manufacture, or less popular, have been made unavailable. We will offer these items for sale again as soon our production and stock levels allow it. We are sorry for any inconvenience. 

We Ship Worldwide

We estimate the dispatch time for all orders to be 1-2 working days, subject to stock availability.  See Note above, shipping times cannot be guaranteed for the foreseeable future.

We use Royal Mail First Class delivery in the UK and Royal Mail Airmail for international deliveries.

UK orders will normally arrive in 2-3 days, European Union Orders 1-2 weeks and World Wide orders 2-4 weeks.

Flat rate postage and packaging charges:

£2.50 per order for UK orders - Royal Mail 24

£5.00 per order for UK orders - Royal Mail Tracked 24

£5.00 per order untracked option to USA, Australia, France and Germany.  Because of the ongoing crisis we have removed the untracked shipping option, as there are likely to be delays in transit we want to be able to track all orders.

£10.00 per order for any other destination - Tracked

Note that for customers outside the EU, a customs declaration will be attached to your parcel. Your local customs may hold or examine the parcel, causing an added delay which is beyond our control. You may also be liable for additional taxes or duties which Anvil Industry Ltd is not responsible.

If your order does not arrive within one week of placing your order (UK) or four weeks (rest of world) please contact us. Please contact your local postal service to see if there are any delays which may be affecting your order.
